Welcome to BUDZEE. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.buykaro.in, our mobile application, and other related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Limit the quantity of items purchased per user.
Discontinue or temporarily suspend the sale of any product.

All products are sold subject to availability.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This does not signify acceptance; your order will be confirmed upon successful payment and dispatch.

Shipping timelines and delivery estimates are provided for reference and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen delays.
BUDZEE will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Return and refund policies are governed by the BUDZEE Return Policy, available on our Platform.
Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated to the original payment method within the timelines specified in our Return Policy.
Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and invoices.

We reserve the right to reject returns or refunds if products show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering.

8. Warranty

All BUDZEE products come with a limited warranty as mentioned on the product page or packaging.

12. Limitation of Liability

BUDZEE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.
BUDZEE does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

13. Indemnification
