1. Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X–Y business days?

It is possible that BUDZEE or our delivery partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the estimated delivery date shown on the product page.
In such cases, we add an extra day to the estimated delivery timeline.
Please note that some delivery partners and our warehouse operations do not function on Sundays or public holidays, which is factored into the delivery estimation.


2. What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines vary based on your location, the availability of the product, and the courier partner’s efficiency.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The seller or warehouse location fulfilling your order

  • The product’s availability

  • The destination pin code and shipping address

  • The efficiency and coverage of our delivery partner in your area

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.


3. Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each product or location?

Delivery times differ depending on:

  • Product stock availability

  • The distance between the BUDZEE warehouse and your delivery address

  • Your location’s accessibility and service coverage

  • The logistics partner’s delivery timelines

4. Seller or BUDZEE does not/cannot ship to my area — why?

You can check if a product is deliverable to your location by entering your pin code on the product page.

Delivery availability depends on:

  • Whether our logistics partners serve your pin code

  • Local laws and restrictions on specific electronic products

  • Seller’s shipping preferences

  • The availability of a reliable courier partner in your region

In some cases, sellers may choose not to ship to certain areas — this is entirely at their discretion.


5. Why is the Cash on Delivery (CoD) option not available in my location?

Availability of Cash on Delivery (CoD) depends on:

  • The courier partner’s ability to accept cash in your area

  • The cash-handling limit set by the delivery service for that location

  • Your order value exceeding the allowed CoD limit

Please enter your pin code on the product page to confirm CoD availability for your area.


6. I need to return an item. How do I arrange for a pickup?

Returns are simple and hassle-free with BUDZEE.
To initiate a return:

  1. Visit our Return Request Page or contact our Customer Support at contact@buykaro.in.

  2. Once your request is verified, our team will guide you through the pickup process.

  3. Wherever possible, BUDZEE’s logistics partner will arrange for pickup.

  4. If pickup is unavailable, you may ship the product back through any reliable courier service — the return shipping cost will be reimbursed if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


7. I didn’t receive my order but got a delivery confirmation message.

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please report the issue within 7 days of the delivery confirmation.
Our team will coordinate with the delivery partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


8. What do the different product status tags mean?

In Stock:
Product is available and will be shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery time will depend on your location (usually 2–6 business days).

Available:
The item is not currently in stock but can be procured once the order is placed. Delivery time may vary depending on availability.

Preorder / Coming Soon:
The item will be released soon and can be pre-booked. Once available, it will be shipped immediately. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days after release.

Out of Stock:
The item is currently unavailable. You can click on “Notify Me” to get an alert when it’s back in stock.

Imported:
The item will be shipped from outside India. Delivery may take 10–20 business days depending on customs and import processes.

Back in Stock Soon:
The product is temporarily sold out but expected to return soon. You can place an order to reserve your unit.

Temporarily Unavailable:
The product is not available at the moment. Use the Notify Me option to stay updated.

Permanently Discontinued:
The item is no longer produced or sold by the manufacturer.


9. Does BUDZEE deliver internationally?

Currently, BUDZEE ships orders only within India.
However, customers from outside India can browse our website and make purchases using credit/debit cards or international payment methods, provided the delivery address is within India.
