1. Can I reactivate my inactive BUDZEE account?
Yes. If your BUDZEE account has been inactive for a long time, you can easily reactivate it.
Just log in using your registered email ID or mobile number, and your account will be automatically reactivated.
If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset it securely using your registered email or mobile number.

2. Do I need to verify my mobile number or email address every time I log in?
No, you don’t have to verify every time.
Verification via OTP (One-Time Password) or email code is required only when:
You log in from a new device or browser
You have cleared your browser cookies
There’s a security check due to multiple failed login attempts
You reset your password or update account information
This helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
3. What is an OTP or verification code?
An OTP (One-Time Password) or verification code is a unique 6-digit number sent to your registered mobile number or email address when you log in or perform sensitive actions on BUDZEE.
It is valid for a short period and helps verify your identity securely.
⚠️ Do not share your OTP or verification code with anyone, including people claiming to be from BUDZEE.
Our team will never ask for your OTP or password.
4. Why do I need to verify my mobile number or email address to log into my BUDZEE account?
Verifying your contact details ensures that your BUDZEE account is secure and accessible only by you.
It allows us to:
Send order updates and tracking details
Help you recover your account in case of lost credentials
Enhance your login security through two-step verification
This verification process is quick, simple, and designed to protect your privacy.
5. Can I use an international number to sign up on BUDZEE?
Currently, BUDZEE supports only Indian mobile numbers for registration and verification.
You can, however, sign up using your email address from anywhere in the world, as long as your shipping address is within India.
We plan to support international mobile numbers in future updates.
6. How can I use my mobile number to log in on the BUDZEE mobile app?
Logging in with your mobile number is simple:
Open the BUDZEE App on your smartphone.
Tap on “Login / Sign Up.”
Enter your registered mobile number.
You’ll receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS.
Enter the OTP to log in instantly — no password required.
This process ensures fast, secure, and password-free access to your account.
7. I’m unable to log in to my account. What should I do?
If you can’t log in:
Ensure you’re entering the correct email ID or mobile number.
Double-check your password or request a reset.
If you didn’t receive an OTP, check your network signal or email spam folder.
Try again after a few minutes or use another browser/device.

8. How can I change or update my login details?
To update your mobile number, email, or password:
Go to your Account Settings in your BUDZEE profile.
Select Edit Profile and update your information.
Verify the new mobile/email with an OTP.
Your updated details will be reflected immediately.
