1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of product delivery, provided that:

The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

The product has not been tampered with or physically damaged after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or replaced once opened:

Earbuds, ear tips, or in-ear audio accessories that have been used.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

Products purchased under special sale or clearance offers marked as “Non-Returnable.”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once your product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Replacement Policy
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement of the same item.

Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account upon submission of valid account details.
Please note that the refund timeline may vary depending on your payment provider or bank’s processing speed.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. You may request a return after delivery following the steps above.
8. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

9. Shipping Costs

For approved returns due to product defect, damage, or incorrect shipment, BUDZEE will bear the return shipping cost.
